Wellness
Stress AI
A 90-second check-in for students who are burning out and still have deadlines.
Stress AI is a mental wellness app that refuses to become another streak machine. Students open it between lectures, answer three questions, and get one small next step. The model drafts a reflection. A human can edit every line before it is saved. Adaeze is building the web app with Zainab on the prompts, and they want a mobile partner who has shipped on Android.

Updates
Check-ins are down to 90 seconds
If it takes longer than a walk between halls, students will not open it. The new flow cuts the reflection step to one editable paragraph.
Removed streaks
Streaks were making anxious students more anxious. The home screen now shows the last check-in, not a broken chain.
Discussion
Students I spoke to in Abuja will not install another wellness app. A link from WhatsApp might be the whole strategy.
The 90-second cap is the right constraint. I would cut the reflection to one sentence on mobile.
