Challenges

Friday to Sunday. Start a build or move one that is stuck. Scope it so a stranger can click through it by Sunday night.

One week. One narrow job for a real person. The model is not the product. Show the screen someone actually uses, and write down one place it failed.

Ship a small tool for a campus you can name. Housing, food, clubs, labs, or the notice board that nobody reads. The build has to be usable by a student this semester.

Thirty days of showing the work. Not a highlight reel. Post what changed, what broke, and what you will do next. The build can be old. The log has to be new.

For students building something people might pay for or rely on. You need a working slice and a clear user, not a company. Teams of up to four.
