Privacy policy
We collect only what we need to answer you and to run a project. We don't sell personal information.
Contact and chat
If you write through the form on this site, we keep your name, email, phone, and message so we can reply. We use that note for the conversation you started, not for a mailing list you did not join.
Project files
Client work may include logins, brand files, and customer lists you choose to share. We use them for that project and restrict them to the people doing the work.
Questions
Email hello@buildchan.com to ask what we hold, or to ask us to delete a message that isn't tied to an active contract.
