Terms of use
These terms cover the public site and the start of a project. A signed scope replaces them where the two disagree.
The site
The pages, mockups, and copy on BuildChan are owned by BuildChan. You may not copy the site design or present it as your own studio's work.
Projects
Work begins when a scope and a starting payment are agreed. You own the final site we build for you once invoices for that scope are paid. Tools, licenses, and stock have their own terms.
Liability
We do careful work. We don't promise a specific sales number, search ranking, or ad result, because those depend on the offer, the market, and the budget.
